After carefully following installation instructions, reboot your PC to ensure that the operating system and all other programs are corruption free. Q: How do I play DVDs?
A: Simply insert your DVD and it will play automatically. Some models may have incorrect information in the Getting Started Guide noting that you must install the PowerDVD software. This is unnecessary.

Q: Why can't I find Works in my programs?
A: Works may not be preinstalled on your unit. If you are having trouble finding the Works program, please insert the Works CD (included in the box) and follow the instructions to install.
